City of Refuge Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited (COR CMS) is a technology enabled, members only cooperative established to promote economic empowerment, financial inclusion, and sustainable wealth creation among its members.
Registered under the Lagos State Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Cooperatives, COR CMS operates in accordance with the Cooperative Societies Laws of Lagos State and is committed to the highest standards of governance, transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance.
Founded under the visionary leadership of Pastor Ola Olukoyede, the Cooperative was conceived as a structured platform through which members can access savings, responsible credit, investments, and other economic opportunities designed to improve their quality of life.
Through our fully automated Enterprise Cooperative Management Platform, members enjoy secure, convenient, and transparent access to their cooperative accounts anytime and anywhere.

COR CMS has been established to help members build a stronger financial future through savings, responsible access to credit, investment opportunities, and cooperative enterprise.

Democratic Structure
Governance
COR CMS is governed by an elected Steering Committee operating under the Cooperative's registered Bye Laws and the regulatory oversight of the Lagos State Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Cooperatives.
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The supreme authority of the Society. Every member has one vote, regardless of the size of their shareholding.
Management Committee
Elected by members at the AGM, responsible for the day-to-day direction of the Society.
Supervisory Committee
Provides independent oversight, reviewing the Society's books and reporting directly to members.
Credit Committee
Reviews and approves loan applications in line with the approved credit policy.
